1. Introduction

These promotional offer terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the “Heritage Collection Cup & Straw Gift with Purchase” promotion (the “Promotion”) on the Official Harry Potter Shop UK website available at harrypottershop.co.uk (the “Store”). These Terms are in addition to the Terms of Purchase, Terms of Use and any other applicable terms and conditions of the Store, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and any other applicable terms and conditions, these Terms will take precedence.

2. The Promoter

The Promotion is offered by Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited, registered in England with company number 00330764, registered office Chiswick Park, Building 2, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YB (the “Promoter”).

3. The Promotion

During the Promotion Period (as defined below), when the total value of eligible products in your order on the Store reaches the Qualifying Amount (as defined below), one “Heritage Collection Cup & Straw” (the “Gift”) will be added to your basket free of charge. The Gift will be applied automatically at checkout and no code is needed. Eligibility for the Gift will be determined solely by the Promoter.

4. Qualifying Amount and Promotion Period

Qualifying Amount: £75 GBP

Promotion Period: from 09:00 on 22 June 2026 to 23:59 on 12 July 2026 (GMT)

The Qualifying Amount is calculated based on the listed price of eligible products, including VAT, after any discounts have been applied. Delivery charges and taxes do not count towards the Qualifying Amount.

5. The Gift

5.1 The Gift is one “Heritage Collection Cup & Straw,” as shown in the related promotional advertising. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

5.2 The Gift is provided free of charge, but exclusive of all shipping costs as applicable. Promoter has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the Gift. You are required to pay any applicable tax related to the Gift.

5.3 The Gift is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value if the Gift is unavailable at the time.

5.4 The Gift cannot be exchanged or resold. The Gift cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, offers or promotions.

5.5 One Gift is given per qualifying order. You may take part in the Promotion more than once during the Promotion Period, provided each separate order reaches the Qualifying Amount.

6. How to participate

6.1 To participate, place an order on the Store during the Promotion Period, with eligible products reaching or exceeding the Qualifying Amount and complying with the remainder of these Terms. The Gift will be added to your basket automatically.

6.2 Orders placed outside the Promotion Period and/or under the Qualifying Amount will not qualify for the Gift.

6.3 The Promotion applies only to orders placed on the Store for delivery within the UK.

7. Returns and refunds

7.1 If you return purchased products from a qualifying order and the order value falls below the Qualifying Amount as a result, you may be asked to return the Gift. If the Gift is not returned upon request, we reserve the right to deduct its retail value at the time of purchase from your refund.

7.2 This does not affect your statutory rights regarding your order or Gift under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods, or your right to change your mind, as set out in the Terms of Purchase for the Store.

7.3 Please note that the Store does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or additional promotional offering.

8. Eligibility

8.1 The Promotion is open to retail customers purchasing product on the Store with a delivery address located in the UK. The Promotion is not valid on previously purchased merchandise.

8.2 The Promotion is not available on purchases for resale.

8.3 The Promoter may disqualify any customer it reasonably believes is tampering with, abusing or acting against the spirit of the Promotion, and cancel any related order as a result thereof.

9. Availability and changes

9.1 The Promotion and the Gift are subject to availability, and Promoter reserves the right to ship the Gift separately.

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold, suspend, cancel, withdraw or amend the Promotion, and to amend these Terms, where it is reasonably necessary to do so and without prior notice. This will not affect orders already accepted that qualified for the Gift, subject to Promoter’s right to cancel orders or withhold the Gift if fraud, abuse or order manipulation is suspected.

10. Liability

10.1 Except where it would be unlawful to exclude or limit it, the Promoter’s liability in connection with the Promotion is limited as set out in the Store’s Terms of Purchase and Terms of Use.

10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed or not processed as a result of events outside its reasonable control, including without limitation due to technical, network or system failures. The Promoter also is not responsible for errors in pricing or qualification determinations, and Promoter reserves the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders as necessary.

10.3 This promotional offer shall be subject to Promoter’s right to undertake scheduled maintenance on and/or close the Store, and Promoter shall endeavour to give reasonable advance notice of such occurrence, if practical. Promoter will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by customers as a result of such maintenance or closure periods.

11. General

11.1 These Terms supplement the Terms of Purchase and Terms of Use for the Store. For matters relating to the Promotion, these Terms take precedence in the event of a conflict.

11.2 These Terms are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
