User Generated Content Terms of Use

Group), may use my photo, video, likeness, image, voice, artwork, drawings, film, designs, text, or other material, as applicable (“Content”) for the purposes of making it publicly available online (including, without limitation, on Warner Bros.’ websites and social media channels) which will become accessible and may be linked to or copied from (including, without limitation, “shared” or “re-tweeted”) across the public Internet; (ii) I agree, without the requirement for any further approval, consent from, or payment to me that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics and/or sound and may be altered, edited and/or modified; (iii) the Content is original (i.e. does not contain content owned by someone else), is suitable for viewing by the general public, and does not contain anything offensive or illegal; (iv); Warner Bros. may use the Content to market (in all formats, including online and offline) the “Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9 ¾” including any personal information or images contained therein, without any obligation to compensate me or any third party. I irrevocably and unconditionally waive the benefit of any provision of law known as “moral rights”; (v) I have the consent of anyone appearing in the Content to use the Content for the purposes set forth above; and (vii) the Content is subject to the Warner Bros. Terms of Use.

Warner Bros. will process any personal data within the Content to publicly display it online and in other forms of media and technology for advertising and promotional purposes. Warner Bros. may also share your personal data with entities within the Warner Bros. Group, and the Wizarding World Digital. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is for Warner Bros. to conduct its business and pursue its legitimate interests.
