How do I exchange a product?

Please note, unless deemed faulty, we are unable to offer any exchanges on products purchased from the Harry Potter Shop. If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased for an alternative, please return the item for a refund. You will then need to place a new order for the desired item or size.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be subject to any additional shipping and delivery costs as well as taxes, where applicable.

To return an item, please follow the instructions on the returns card included in your order and enclose this with your package. If you do not have a returns card, please include your order number, contact information and reason for return with your package

For UK customers please use the Royal Mail Returns Portal to generate a label.

For non-UK customers, please use the Non-UK Returns Portal to start the returns process.
